Logan was reelected as GWD Commissioner, for the term commencing on January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Greenlawn Water District has scheduled a Special Meeting to be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the Greenlawn Water District office, 45 Railroad Street, Greenlawn, NY 11740. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider matters relating to expenditure of funds and related grant applications to the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation for Wellhead Treatment at the District’s Well No. 8 site and the District’s Well No. 11 site.
The Board of Commissioners will also conduct any other business brought before the Board.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Greenlawn Water District will take place on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Greenlawn Water District office located at 45 Railroad Street, Greenlawn, NY, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a three-year term, commencing on January 1, 2022 and ending on December 31, 2024. NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF REGISTRATION ROLLS FOR ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE GREENLAWN WATER DISTRICT
Please be advised that the Board of Elections of the Greenlawn Water District shall meet on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., at the Greenlawn Water District office, 45 Railroad Street, Greenlawn, NY, for the purpose of preparing the rolls of registered voters of the Greenlawn Water District.
The annual election of the Greenlawn Water District will be held Tuesday, December 14, 2021, between the hours of 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., at the Greenlawn Water District office, 45 Railroad Street, Greenlawn, NY.
Please note that in 2021 and thereafter, only those persons who have registered with the County Board of Elections on or before the 23rd day before the Water District Election Day shall be eligible to vote. In 2021, such registration must take place on or before November 19, 2021.

Complete sets of Hard Copy Bidding Documents may be obtained from REV, 330 Route 17A, Suite #2, Goshen, New York 10924, Tel: 1-877-272-0216, upon depositing the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each combined set of documents. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to H2M architects + engineers. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Information for Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.
As a convenience to the Contractor, Digital Bidding Documents may be obtained from the following website: www.h2mprojects.com as an online download for a non-refundable fee of Forty-Nine Dollars ($49.00), paid by credit card.
Please note REV and www.h2mprojects.com are the designated locations and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including bid addenda. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at www.h2mprojects.com. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with REV for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda.
Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Greenlawn Water District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner.

Summary of Budget Schedule for the Year 2022
PUBLIC NOTICE GREENLAWN WATER DISTRICT BUDGET HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Greenlawn Water District will hold a public hearing at the Greenlawn Water District office, 45 Railroad Street, Greenlawn, NY, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2021. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposed budget of estimated expenses and revenues of the Greenlawn Water District for the calendar year commencing January 1, 2022. The Board will consider effectuating increases to certain revenue items including increases to water rates, the tax rate, and implementation of a quarterly water treatment water rate surcharge of $20 for State mandated maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for emerging contaminants, all effective January 1, 2022. A copy of the proposed budget, water rates, tax rate, and water rate surcharge will be made available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Greenlawn Water District office, 45 Railroad Street, Greenlawn, NY, and will be posted for review on the District’s website.
All persons interested will be given an opportunity to present comments at said public hearing.
